Do you ship throughout Greece?
Yes. Deliveries within Greece are handled by the EasyMail courier service. Shipping cost is calculated per item.
Do you ship outside Greece?
For small, low-volume and lightweight items we also ship abroad, in cooperation with the DHL courier service.
How long does delivery take and what if it is delayed?
Delivery times depend on product availability. If an order is delayed (by the supplier, at customs or in transit) or a product is no longer available, we contact you to schedule delivery or suggest alternatives.
How can I track my order?
Log in to your Account and select "Order Status" to see the current stage of your order.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash on delivery, credit and debit cards (secure transactions), Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay, IRIS, PayPal and bank transfer.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes. With Klarna you can pay in 3 interest-free installments for orders over €35, or choose "Pay in 30 days".
Can I return or cancel my order?
Yes. Before shipping you can call +30 210 8036700 to cancel. You may return or replace products within 20 days of delivery, in perfect condition and with full packaging. For defective or incorrect items, returns are handled at the company's expense.
An item or part is missing from my order. What should I do?
Please contact us at +30 210 8036700 or by email at store@internistore.com, quoting your Order Number and a contact phone, so we can resolve it promptly.
Do you offer a warranty on products?
Yes. Products are covered by a warranty — either by Moda Bagno SA or by the product's manufacturer/distributor, depending on the case.
Do you have physical stores / showrooms?
Yes. Through the Moda Bagno – Interni group there are showrooms in Athens, Thessaloniki, Mykonos, Nicosia and Istanbul.
