Cancellation
Cancellation of orders may be made in the following cases:
- If you have completed the online order but the product is not yet shipped you can call 2108036700 and one of our affiliates of internistore.com will complete the cancellation of your order
- Upon receiving the product, call us at 210 80 36 700 or contact us via e-mail store@internistore.com explaining why you wish to cancel the order. One of our associates will assist you immediately and inform you about all your options
For any questions on the following topics:

Returns
You have the right to return products you purchased and ask for a replacement.
- in all cases where a demonstrable fault of MODA BAGNO SA the wrong products are sold or products with poor or faulty quality (wrong order receipt, pricing, shipping , products damaged during shipping, poor packaging, etc.)
- in all cases where there is a problem / real defect in the product ( function or quality ) which its warranty is covered or given by MODA BAGNO SA. In this provision products covered by guarantees from third parties such as the product manufacturer or his representative are not included.
In all these cases , the customer has the choice either to not accept the order from the beginning or, after the receipt,to return it within 20 days from the day of delivery.
In each case, the products must be returned in perfect condition ,such as received by the customer , complete and undamaged and the packaging of the product is that normally accompanies the product (to match the IMEI) in excellent condition.
If not returned within 20 days then the MODA BAGNO SA can not accept any refund or replacement. For all the above cases the maximum time for replacement may not be extended beyond the twenty (20 ) calendar days from the date of receipt.
In addition, for all the cases, the product that will be replaced, needs to be accompanied by all the documents (eg ITT , Ap Retail etc.). Before any refund is given, consultation with the online shop of MODA BAGNO SA is needed.
In any case, the refund and replacement is possible under the following conditions:
- Contact the same day or next working day with the online store.
- The product has not been used.
- The product is accompanied by all necessary documents proving the transaction (eg ITT , Ap Retail etc).
