Shipping Methods & Charges

 

Non-fragile Items of Small Volume and Weight:

For domestic orders within Greece, the company cooperates with the courier service EasyMail. For small-volume and lightweight international shipments, we work with the courier company DHL. The shipping cost is always calculated per item.

Fragile objects/furniture of large volume and weight:

Orders within Attica:
For orders over €300 placed through our online store and delivered within the Attica basin, shipping is free. For orders up to €300 with delivery within Attica, the shipping cost is €30.

Orders outside Attica:

We offer the “Interni to your house” service, through which our company arranges delivery via a partner freight company. The related cost is automatically calculated and displayed during checkout.
Important Note: In cases where special equipment (e.g., crane or lifting machine) is required for unloading or transporting the products, additional charges may apply and will be borne by the customer. The need for such equipment and related arrangements will be determined following consultation with a company representative to ensure smooth and safe delivery.
Alternatively, upon the customer’s request, the company can deliver the products to a freight agency of the customer’s choice (located within the Attica basin), with charges as described above (see: Orders within Attica). In this case, further transport to the final destination and the associated costs are the customer’s responsibility.
If the delivery is carried out through a freight company designated by the company (via the “Interni to your house” service), the risk transfers to the buyer once the transporter delivers the goods. Conversely, if the customer selects and assigns a freight company, the risk transfers to the customer at the moment the goods are handed over to the chosen transport agency.

International Shipments of Large Volume:
For large international shipments, delivery is carried out through an international freight company, and shipping costs will be communicated after coordination with our company. In general, for international orders, shipping fees are determined based on the destination country, as well as the weight and volume of the products, in collaboration with our logistics partners. Once this process is completed, the customer will be informed of the exact shipping cost. Any additional charges (e.g., duties or customs clearance fees) are solely the responsibility of the customer, in accordance with the applicable regulations of the destination country.

Store Pickup:

Customers may collect their products from the company’s premises using their own means of transport. In this case, the company will contact the customer via phone or email once the order is ready for pickup.

Delivery to a Different Address:

Orders can be delivered to an address different from the billing address (e.g., sending a gift to another recipient/location). In such cases, the customer may provide an alternative delivery address and recipient details during the order process. (Note: Any variation in shipping cost will be automatically calculated, if applicable.)

Delivery Times:

The estimated delivery time for products (within Greece) is approximately 5 business days. A few days before the scheduled delivery date, the company’s Delivery Department will contact the customer to finalize the exact day and time of delivery. Deliveries by the company’s private truck fleet are carried out from Monday to Friday, between 10:00 and 15:00.
