Deliveries within Greece are handled by the EasyMail courier service. For small items abroad we work with DHL. Shipping cost is calculated per item.<\/p>\n<h2>How long does delivery take and what if it is delayed?<\/h2>\n<p>Delivery times depend on product availability. If an order is delayed (by the supplier, at customs or in transit) or a product is no longer available, we contact you to schedule delivery or suggest alternatives.<\/p>\n<h2>What payment methods do you accept?<\/h2>\n<p>We accept cash on delivery, credit and debit cards (secure transactions), Klarna (3 interest-free installments for orders over \u20ac35, or pay within 30 days), Apple Pay, Google Pay, IRIS, PayPal and bank transfer.<\/p>\n<h2>Can I return or cancel my order?<\/h2>\n<p>Yes. Before shipping you can call +30 210 8036700 to cancel. You may return or replace products within 20 days of delivery, in perfect condition and with full packaging. For defective or incorrect items, returns are handled at the company&#8217;s expense.<\/p>\n<h2>Do you have physical stores \/ showrooms?<\/h2>\n<p>Yes.
